When planning to sell your home, you first need to determine a fair price.Your initial temptation may be to add to the price you paid until you are satisfied with the profit. In reality , though, this method will probably not reflect the home's true market value. To figure out what your home is really worth , try to put aside your personal feelings about the home and ask yourself what homebuyers may actually be willing to pay.As hard as it may be ,put aside memories of the good times you'vehad in the home and focus on the ways that you can be flexible and creative in meeting the needs of the buyers. For instance, you will attract those buyers who want to move immediately if you're willing to close quickly. If you have first-time buyers who need assistance with the down payment,a lease-to-buy option may seem attractive.                                                                                           When you are ready to buy or sell, give me a call. I can use current sales data to help you determine a price that both reflects market values and meets your needs.
